  1. Diagonally cut the Chinese celery into 1-inch pieces and tear the leaves into thin pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Sauté the stems for 2 minutes, tossing often. Mix in the leaves, garlic, fructose, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes.
