Ingredients Directions
  1. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Cook the garlic for 1 minute then add the bell peppers, onions, cumin, oregano, and Chile. Cook, covered, for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken strips with the lemon juice. Stir into the skillet. Cook, covered, for an additional 10 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with pepper and parsley and serve.
