15 oz  Peas, chickpea, canned
1 each  medium celery stalk
2 each  fresh green onions
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
0 1/4 cup  tahini
6 tbsp  cold water
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
  1. Whisk together the tahini, water, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Place the chickpeas, celery, green onions, garlic, and pepper flakes in a bowl.
  3. Spoon dressing on top. Toss to mix.
