Ingredients Directions
  1. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet. Saute the garlic and onion until they become soft.
  2. Mix in the chicken and cook for 5 to 8 minutes or until the strips turn white.
  3. Add the onion, zucchini, mushrooms, and bell pepper. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the salsa.
  5. Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package. Drain and top with the vegetable mixture.
