0.6667 cup  wheat, bulgur, dry
0.6667 cup  cold water
2 tbsp  golden raisins
0.125 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  ground cumin
Directions
  1. Put the bulgur in a bowl and pour the boiling water on top. Mix in the raisins, salt, and cumin.
  2. Let sit for 30 minutes then fluff and serve.
