4 each  salmon fillet
1 pinch  salt and pepper
1 tsp  tarragon, leaves, ground
1 each  medium lemons
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat the broiler. Spray a broiler pan with cooking spray.
  2. Season the fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Set the salmon on the broiler pan and sprinkle half of the tarragon on top.
  3. Broil for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip over, sprinkle the remaining tarragon on top, and broil for another 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with the lemon slices.
