Ingredients Directions
  1. Heat the vegetable and sesame oil in a nonstick skillet. Stir-fry the beef for 1 minute. Add the soy sauce. Transfer the beef onto a plate using a slotted spoon.
  2. Mix in the celery, onions, and chicken broth to the skillet mixture. Bring just to a boil then decrease the heat and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the bean sprouts and cook for 3 minutes. Add the beef and cook until heated through.
