1 cup  Rice, brown, medium grain, cooked
0 1/2 cup  fresh mashed banana
0 1/2 cup  nonfat dry milk powder
0 3/4 cup  cold water
1 tsp  maple extract
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
1 tsp  sesame seeds
0 1/4 cup  frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tbsp  fresh blueberries
2 each  egg whites
1 tbsp  sunflower seeds
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine the rice, banana, milk powder, water, maple, cinnamon, sesame seeds, orange juice, and blueberries. Add egg whites and fold to mix.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a 4 x 8 inch baking pan. Sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.
  4. Bake for about 1 hour.
