4 each  medium apples
2 tbsp  seedless raisins
1 tbsp  sunflower seeds
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  ground nutmeg
1 pinch  vanilla extract
0 1/4 cup  cold water
1 tbsp  frozen orange juice concentrate
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Core the apples and peel 1/2 inch of the skin from each. Using a fork, poke a couple of holes in the apple.
  3. Fill the core with raisins, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Set the apples on a baking dish.
  4. Mix together the water and orange juice then drizzle on top of the apples.
  5. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes.
