4 each  sweet potatoes
1 tbsp  whipped butter
1 oz  frozen apple juice concentrate
1 pinch  salt and pepper
1 each  medium apples
6 each  whole cloves
1 pinch  ground nutmeg
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Put the potatoes in a saucepan, fill with water, and bring to a boil. Cook for about 30 to 40 minutes. Take the potatoes out of the water, then peel and dice.
  3. Mix in the butter, apple juice, salt, and pepper. Add the apple, cloves, and nutmeg. Transfer the mixture into an oven safe dish.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes.
