0 1/2 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp  safflower oil
2 tbsp  white wine vinegar
1 pinch  salt
0.125 tsp  white pepper
1 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tbsp  anchovy paste
1 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
Directions
  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until it becomes a smooth consistency.
  2. Refrigerate to chill.
