0 1/4 cup  sweetener (sugar substitute)
1 tbsp  Hot Cocoa, dry mix
0.125 tsp  salt
1 cup  cold water
1 tbsp  instant coffee
3 cup  lowfat milk
1 tsp  vanilla extract
0 3/4 cup  lowfat milk
6 pinch  miniature marshmallows
  1. In a saucepan over low heat, mix together the sugar substitute, cocoa, salt, and water. Heat until boiling; continue to boil and stir for 2 minutes. Mix in the 3 cups of low-fat or soy milk. When combined, add coffee and vanilla extract; heat through but do not boil.
  2. Just before serving, pump with coffee press or whip the 3/4 cup of milk. Divide evenly into each of the mugs.
  3. Add cocoa mixture. Top with marshmallows.
