Ingredients

2 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pinch  salt and pepper
1 each  cooking spray
1 cup  maple syrup
0 1/2 cup  Ketchup, low sodium
0 1/4 cup  distilled white vinegar
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place in a cooking spray coated 13x9-inch baking dish.
  3. Combine syrup, ketchup, and vinegar and pour over chicken. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until cooked through, basting every 15 minutes. Serve sauce with chicken.
