8 each  chicken legs, raw
1 pinch  salt and pepper
1 pinch  paprika
2 tbsp  Margarine, 80% fat
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika. Place, skin-side down, in a shallow baking pan. Dot with margarine. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove foil. Increase temperature to 425 degrees F, bake 30 minutes or until cooked through.
