4 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 each  medium onions
0 1/4 each  chopped green bell peppers
0 1/4 each  medium red bell peppers
0 1/2 cup  fresh mushroom slices
1 pinch  salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned, cooking each side 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
  2. Add onion, peppers, and mushrooms to skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; cook until just crisp-tender. Serve over chicken.
