0 1/2 cup  Strawberries, frozen
1 cup  light soy milk
0 1/2 cup  cold water
0 1/2 cup  crushed ice
0 1/2 oz  soy protein powder
1 tbsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
1 tsp  vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
  2. Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
  3. If beverage is too thick, add water.
