1 each  cooking spray
16 oz  tilapia fillets
1 tsp  dried dill weed
0 3/4 tsp  paprika
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 cup  black pepper
2 each  medium lemons
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange fish, in single layer, on baking sheet.
  3. Lightly coat fish with cooking spray.
  4. In small bowl, mix dill, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over fish.
  5. Bake until fish flakes easily with fork and internal temperature reaches 145°F, about 20-25 minutes.
  6. Serve with 2 lemon quarters.
