7 oz  soft tofu
0 3/4 each  medium kiwi, peeled
0 3/4 cup  frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 tsp  vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup  sugar free orange drink
Directions
  1. Process the tofu and fruit in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Continue to process while adding the vanilla and just enough orange drink to reach the consistency you like. Serve in a tall glass.
