0 1/2 each  Chili Peppers, poblano, dried
0 1/4 each  medium bell peppers
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tbsp  fat free mayonnaise
0 1/2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/2 tbsp  sugar
0.125 tsp  salt
