0.3333 cup  sour cream
2 tbsp  mayonnaise
1 tsp  dijon mustard
1 tsp  Horseradish, cream
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
2 cup  Lettuce, romaine, fresh, shredded
3 each  medium tomatoes
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. In small bowl, whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, horseradish, salt, and pepper.
  2. Line 4 plates with the salad greens and arrange 3 tomato slices on top of each plate.
  3. Spoon 2 teaspoons of dressing on the tomato slices and sprinkle with pepper to taste.
