30 oz  low sodium canned black beans
0 1/2 cup  low fat unsalted chicken broth
3 each  medium garlic cloves
4 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tsp  ground cumin
1 each  whole jalapeno pepper
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 pinch  fresh cilantro
Directions
  1. In food processor, blend together all ingredients except cilantro.
  2. Remove bean dip to serving bowl; cover and refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Makes 4 cups.
