  1. Spray nonstick cooking spray into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Stir in the marshmallow cream, cocoa, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Remove pot from heat and stir in the cereal and coat well.
  4. Spread mixture into the baking pan. Lightly spray your hands with nonstick cooking spray and press mixture evenly into pan.
  5. Let cool completely, about 10 minutes, and cut evenly into 24 squares.
