0 1/4 cup  sugar
0 1/4 cup  cold water
3 lb  Grapes, Thompson seedless, fresh
0 3/4 cup  Juice Drink, concord white grape
0 1/4 cup  light corn syrup
1 tbsp  lime peel zest
  1. Bring the water and sugar to a boil in a pot then transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. In a blender or food processor, puree the grapes. Add the grape juice, corn syrup, lime rind, and sugar/water mixture from step 1 into the blender and pulse until combined.
  3. Transfer mixture from blender into a 9 x 13 inch metal pan, cover with plastic wrap,
  4. Freeze until sorbet is partially frozen, about 4 hours.
  5. Place partially frozen mixture into blender or food processor and pulse until almost smooth (do not over process mixture). Return sorbet to pan, recover, and freeze until firm, about 4 more hours.
  6. Soften sorbet at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
