3 tbsp  Ketchup
1 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp  Vinegar, red wine
1 tsp  yellow mustard
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
1 lb  sweet potatoes
  1. Spray nonstick cooking spray onto a grill rack and heat the grill over medium hot heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, and pepper.
  3. Brush the mixture evenly onto both sides of the potato slices and grill 5 inches from heat.
  4. Turn potatoes often, brushing with ketchup mixture, grill until tender, about 8 minutes.
