Ingredients Directions
  1. Empty each package of jello into a separate bowl. Mix each first with 3/4 cup room temperature water and then 3/4 cup boiling water, stirring until dissolved.
  2. Add half of the diluted pineapple juice to each. When almost set, whip each separately at medium speed until light and frothy. Fold together using a wooden spoon to obtain a marbleized effect. Stir in pineapple pieces.
  3. Pour into individual parfait glasses and refrigerate. Top with a dollop of light whipped topping, if desired.
