1 cup  ground almonds
1 tbsp  whole wheat flour
2 tbsp  Margarine, 80% fat, unsalted
2 tbsp  fat free cream cheese
2 tbsp  sugar
1 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Place food processor utensils in freezer for 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Working quickly mix all the ingredients until combined.
  3. Wrap or cover dough and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  4. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie tin greased with non-stick cooking spray or lined with baking paper (see tip below for baking successful pie crusts), and bake for 7-10 minutes.
  5. Remove paper and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  6. Cool completely before adding filling.
