6 oz  Dish, falafel, all natural, dry mix
0 1/2 cup  shredded carrots
0 1/4 cup  Seeds, sunflower, kernels, dried
2 each  fresh green onions
1 each  cooking spray
1 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
1 cup  Cucumber, with skin, fresh, slices
0 1/2 tsp  fresh dill weed
0 1/2 tsp  fresh mint
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  white pepper
Directions
  1. Combine falafel mix with water and follow package instructions to prepare. Stir in carrots, sunflower kernels, and green onions. Form mixture into 1/2 inch patties.
  2. Heat a cooking spray coated frying pan over medium heat. Cook burgers 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  3. To make the yogurt cucumber sauce, combine 1 cup reduced fat plain yogurt, 1 cup shredded or chopped cucumber, 1/2 teaspoon dill weed, 1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves, salt, and white pepper.
  4. Serve yogurt sauce with burgers.
