9 oz  cheese ravioli
2 cup  low sodium vegetable broth
1 cup  white wine
1 cup  Juice, orange, fresh
0 1/4 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
1 lb  Asparagus, fresh
2 tbsp  Margarine, 80% fat, unsalted
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Boil ravioli by following instructions on package.
  2. Boil broth, wine, orange juice, and red pepper in a frying pan. Continue boiling 10 minutes or until liquid is reduced to 1/2 cup.
  3. Saute asparagus in frying pan 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add ravioli and margarine to pan and season with salt and pepper.
