1 each  medium onions
6 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/4 cup  fresh basil
28 oz  Tomatoes, pear, crushed, canned, FS
0 1/2 cup  red wine
0 1/2 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil 5 minutes over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir basil, tomatoes, wine and chili flakes to onion and garlic and let boil 10 minutes, stirring often to break up tomatoes.
