Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix flour with Italian seasoning and pepper.
  3. Pat dry chicken and then coat them with the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  4. Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
  5. Cook chicken 3 minutes per side of until lightly browned.
  6. Move chicken from pan into a baking dish. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Saute garlic in frying pan 1 minute. Pour in broth and simmer until liquid is reduced to half.
  8. Stir in the zest, lemon juice, and dressing and cook 1 minute. Stir in the parsley and take off of heat.
  9. Spoon sauce over chicken when ready to serve.
