1 lb  Beef, flank steak, london broil, raw, 0" trim
1 each  cooking spray
0.3333 cup  shallots, chopped
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
3 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 tbsp  fish sauce
2 tsp  serrano peppers, chopped
2 each  fresh tomatoes
  1. Preheat grill or broiler.
  2. Grill steak on a cooking spray coated grill rack 6 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness.
  3. Let steak rest. Slice steak diagonally across the grain into 2-inch slices.
  4. Toss steak with shallots, cilantro, lime juice, fish sauce, chiles, and tomatoes.
