1 cup  low sodium chicken broth
1 cup  white wine
2 tsp  dijon mustard
6 tbsp  Butter, unsalted
1 pinch  fresh lemon juice
  1. Add broth and wine to a skillet and let boil 10 minutes over high heat.
  2. Whisk in mustard and butter and boil 3 to 5 more minutes or until sauce is reduced to 2/3 cup and is thickened.
  3. Season with lemon juice.
