0 1/2 cup  fresh green peas
6 cup  salad greens
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped green onion
4 each  turkey bacon
0 1/4 cup  cold water
2 tbsp  Vinegar, red wine
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Blanch peas in 2 cups boiling water for 7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Strain and run under cold water; strain again.
  2. Toss peas with salad greens and onions.
  3. Crisp bacon in a frying pan for about 4 minutes. Mix in water, vinegar, and lemon juice and cook 2 minutes. Drizzle dressing over salad mixture and toss gently. Season with pepper.
