Ingredients Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place pork on a rack in large shallow roasting pan.
  2. Roast for 3 1/2 hours to five hours or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part reads 150 degrees. (About 15 to 20 minutes per pound.)
  3. Remove from oven, cover with foil and let rest for 20 minutes.
