Salad
4 cup  fresh watercress, chopped
1 1/2 cup  Fennel, bulb, fresh, slices
3 each  Oranges, navels, fresh, 2 7/8"
0 1/2 cup  Radishes, fresh, slices

Dressing
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/2 tsp  maple syrup
1 pinch  sea salt
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. Toss watercress with fennel, oranges, and radishes.
  2. Whisk together lemon juice, oil, mustard, syrup, salt, and pepper. Combine dressing and salad mixture and gently toss.
