1 each  fresh pineapple
1 each  medium avocadoes
0.3333 cup  fresh chopped red onion
5 each  medium celery stalk
1 each  whole jalapeno pepper
3 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 tsp  lime peel zest
0 1/4 tsp  salt
  1. Mix together pineapple, avocado, onion, celery (or lovage), pepper, lime juice and peel, and salt. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes before using. Serve with chips.
