1 1/4 lb  pork sausage
1 each  medium onions
2 tsp  fresh chives
2 tsp  fresh basil
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  paprika
0 1/2 tsp  Salt Substitute, no sodium
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
17 oz  frozen puff pastry dough
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together sausage, onion, chives, basil, garlic, 3/4 teaspoon paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll dough on a floured surface and roll each into a 11 x 10 inch rectangle. Slice each piece into 3 1/2 inch strips.
  4. Spoon 1/2 cup sausage mixture onto each strip and fold dough over top seal.
  5. Slice each roll into 6 pieces.
  6. Lay seam side down in a baking dish. Dust with paprika. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until crispy.
