  1. Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 3 minutes; strain and dunk in an ice water bath; strain again and let dry.
  2. Using electric beaters, combine cream cheese and salt until smooth.
  3. Unroll dough on a floured surface and slice each piece in half widthwise. Spoon cream cheese mixture on each rectangle down the middle. Lay two rows of three asparagus on cream cheese.
  4. Coat edges of dough with egg substitute and fold over to seal. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill 1 hour.
  5. Slice dough into 1 1/4 inch pieces and arrange on a cooking spray coated baking sheet. Top with egg substitute. Bake at 425 degrees F for 8 to 12 minutes or until crispy and golden.
