0 1/4 cup  light yellow miso paste
0 1/4 cup  mirin
0 1/4 cup  white wine
1 tbsp  wasabi powder
1 tbsp  rice vinegar
1 lb  flank steak
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Whisk together miso, mirin, wine, wasabi power, and rice vinegar. Add miso mixture and steak to a resealable plastic bag; seal and place in refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours.
  2. Preheat grill or broiler.
  3. Take steak out of bag saving excess liquid. Lay steak on a cooking spray coated grill or broiler rack and cook 6 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness; baste with marinade while cooking.
