Ingredients

1 tbsp  olive oil
0.3333 cup  shallots, chopped
0.3333 cup  Vinegar, red wine
2 tbsp  cold water
16 oz  sliced, smoked ham
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
Directions
  1. Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Saute shallots for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour in vinegar and water and simmer 1 minute or until liquid is reduced by half.
  3. Mix in ham and saute 4 minutes.
  4. Pour ham and dressing in a serving bowl and garnish with parsley.
