1 oz  crumbled feta cheese
1 oz  low fat cream cheese
1 tbsp  lowfat milk
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0.125 tsp  italian seasoning
1 each  medium red bell peppers
1 each  medium carrots
  1. Combine feta cheese, cream cheese, milk, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Stir until nearly smooth.
  2. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve spread with peppers and carrot strips.
