2 tbsp  olive oil
1 each  medium onions
2 each  medium garlic cloves
2 cup  kale, chopped
2 cup  chopped swiss chard
1 each  fresh leeks
3 cup  low sodium chicken broth
1 each  medium potatoes
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  dried parsley
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. In large saucepan, add olive oil and heat over medium. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add kale, swiss chard, and leek. Cook additional 5 minutes.
  3. Add chicken broth and potato pieces and bring to a boil. Add salt, pepper, and parsley, if desired, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. In batches, transfer soup to blender. Purée until smooth. Return to serving bowl.
