1 lb  catfish fillets
3 tbsp  Sour Cream, nonfat
0.3333 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp  white all purpose flour
0.125 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  paprika
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Cut fish into 4 equal portions and brush lightly with sour cream.
  3. Combine Parmesan cheese, flour, pepper, and paprika. Dip fish in mixture, turning to coat both sides. Place on a sprayed shallow baking pan.
  4. Bake 8 to 12 minutes, or until fish tests done.
