1 lb  Fish, ling, fillet, raw
1 each  cooking spray
1 tbsp  Margarine, hard
1 tsp  dry mustard
0 1/4 tsp  lemon pepper seasoning
Directions
  1. Preheat oven broiler.
  2. Lightly coat shallow baking pan with cooking spray. Cut fish into 4 equal pieces, place in pan.
  3. In small mixing bowl, combine margarine, mustard, and pepper. Brush mixture onto fillets.
  4. Place under broiler and cook 5 - 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve hot.
