1 each  cooking spray
1 each  eggs
0 1/4 cup  fat free milk
0 1/4 tsp  vanilla extract
1 pinch  ground cinnamon
2 piece  Bread, French, small slice
0.3333 cup  Banana, fresh, slices
2 tbsp  powdered sugar
2 tbsp  Syrup, pancake, lite
Directions
  1. Cover a baking sheet with foil. Lightly spray foil with cooking spray. Beat together egg, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Set aside.
  2. Cut a pocket horizontally from the top crust to the bottom crust in each slice of bread. Fill pockets with banana.
  3. Dip bread into egg mixture. Be sure to coat both sides. Place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake in a 400 degree F oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Turn once. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with syrup.
