  1. In a medium saucepan, stir together cocoa, sugar substitute, sweetener and salt.
  2. Gradually add water, stirring to keep the mixture smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until mixture boils.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring constantly for about 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and soy protein powder.
  5. Pour into heatproof container. Cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate.
