1 lb  salmon fillet
1 each  cooking spray
0 1/4 cup  vegetable oil
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
0 1/2 tsp  dry mustard
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
  1. Place salmon in a sprayed 11x7-inch baking dish. Combine oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, dry mustard, and ginger; pour over top. Marinate 1 hour in refrigerator.
  2. Drain off marinade. Place salmon on rack in broiling pan. Broil 5 minutes, turn and broil 5 minutes more or until cooked through.
  3. Brush lightly with additional oil if salmon appears dry.
