16 oz  salmon fillet
2 tbsp  Margarine, soft, 80% fat
0 1/2 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Place salmon in a sprayed shallow baking pan.
  3. Combine margarine, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice and brush salmon with some of the sauce.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce. Test the doneness after 8 minutes.
