1 1/2 lb  ground turkey
0 1/2 cup  Bread Crumbs, plain, grated, dry
0 1/2 cup  Cheese, parmesan, fresh, shredded
0.3333 cup  Onion, green, tops & bulb, fresh, chopped
0 1/4 cup  shredded carrots
0 1/4 cup  chopped zucchini
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 each  egg whites
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix together turkey, breadcrumbs, cheese, onion, zucchini, parsley, salt, pepper, egg, and garlic. Form mixture into 30 spheres and arrange on a cooking spray coated baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
