2 tbsp  olive oil
1 each  cooking spray
1 tbsp  fresh basil
3 each  medium garlic cloves
8 oz  fresh mushroom slices
0 3/4 cup  low fat unsalted chicken broth
1 tbsp  cornstarch
0 1/2 cup  Marsala wine
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
16 oz  turkey breast cutlets
1 pinch  fresh basil
  1. Pour 1 tablespoon oil in a cooking spray coated frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Sautee basil, garlic, and mushrooms 5 minutes.
  2. Whisk together broth and cornstarch. Pour broth and Marsala into mushrooms and let boil 1 minute, stirring continually. Lower heat and summer 5 minutes.
  3. Season turkey with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Pour 1 tablespoon oil in a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Cook turkey 2 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Serve sauce over turkey and garnish with basil.
